  Q: 1 Who are the sponsors of this project?  
  Ans: Mangla View Resort is the project undertaken by Maxcorp Group Malaysia, which is well know group in property development industry, having vast international experience in Housing and Recreational projects including four projects in Pakistan.  
     
  Q: 2 Where is the site located?  
  Ans: The site is located at the rim of Mangla Lake, about 7 KM away from Mangla Cantt.  
     
  Q: 3 Which major roads link up to Mangla View Resort?  
  Ans: Mangla View Resort is strategically located between Lahore and Islamabad, 20 KM away from the town Dina on main GT Road.  
     
  Q: 4 Is the project approved by the local government?  
  Ans: Yes, the project is approved by TMA (Tehsil Municipal Administration), Dina under the rules of Punjab Private Site Development Schemes (Regulation) Rules, 2005.  
     
  Q: 5 What is the total land area of the Project?  
  Ans: The total land area of Mangla View Resort Project is 2587 kanals.  
     
  Q: 6 Is it all residential area?  
  Ans: No besides 6-phases of Residential areas it has huge commercial area called English Village that will include shops, apartments and family club.  
     
  Q: 7 What is the title of property ownership?  
  Ans: The title of property is “lease hold rights” for 99 years, renewable for further term.  
     
  Q: 8 How do we book the plots?  
  Ans: It is very simple to book a plot at MVR. Simply fill out the form available at our website, submit it with 5% initial booking fee.  
     
  Q: 9 Where can I get the Booking Form from?  
  Ans: Simply download our booking form from our website fill it and submit.  
     
  Q: 10 Are there any banks offering Finance or Mortgage facilities for MVR House buyers?  
  Ans: Yes, Bank Alfalah Limited is offering home financing facility.  
     
  Q: 11 Which designs of houses are there in the project?  
  Ans: There are 6 different architectural themes to chose. Phase 1- European Contemporary Style, Phase 2 - English Style, Phase 3 - Marrakesh Style, Phase 4 - Spanish Style, Phase 5 - Tropical Style, Phase 6 - Indonesian Style.  
     
  Q: 12 Are there any by-laws and rules implemented for the occupants?  
  Ans: Yes, by-laws advised by the Maxcorp are fully applicable keeping in view the community standards as perceived by the company.  
     
  Q: 13 Will Mangla View Resort manage the project after its completion?  
  Ans: Yes, Mangla View Resort will be maintained by the same group company.  
     
  Q: 14 What will be the monthly maintenance charges?  
  Ans: A very nominal maintenance fee of Rs 2,000 (as per existing Sales & Purchase Agreements) will be charged.  
     
  Q: 15 How long the construction of house will take?  
  Ans: It depends upon the particular agreement. However, currently it is 2 years in Phase 1 & 2, and 3 years in Phase 6.  
     
  Q: 16 Is there any warranty for construction work?  
  Ans: Yes, the Company is providing defect liability period of 1 year after handing over of the vacant possession of the house.
